PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Paypal, Prepaid Gift Cards, Money Orders, and Cash (Concealed). If you use a credit/debit card or paypal for your transaction, after your transaction is complete, you will receive an email from us letting you know it has been processed. If you want to pay with money order or cash, you can click either of these at the checkout. When sending payment make sure to include your order#, and contact information. NOTE, ALL PAYMENTS MADE WITH MONEY ORDER OR CASH MUST BE IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY.

ARE YOUR PLUGS SOLD IN PAIRS OR SINGLES?

We sell all of our plugs in pairs since 99% of people wear plugs in both ears. So if you have a quantity of 1 for a set of plugs, then you will receive 2 pieces. We do however sell some pieces as singles such as captive bead rings, circular barbells, straight barbells, etc. We sell these as singles since many people use them in body parts such as the septum, Prince Albert, etc. All item quantities are clearly stated in the item description though, so you will see how much a style is per pair or for a single piece (for example, $4.99 single, $9.98 pair).     

TRACKING

All orders shipped in the United States come with delivery confirmation which only shows if the package has been delivered or not (It cannot be truly tracked like a UPS shipment). The average order though will take about 1 week to arrive (in the United States) and will arrive in your mailbox.

SHIPPING

We ship only with the United States Postal Service. All USA orders that are $30 or larger will receive free basic shipping. You will be able to select the free shipping option at the end of checkout. The postage rates that can be selected at checkout are:

WHAT IS GUARANTEED ON EVERY ORDER?

GUARANTEE ON DELIVERY

We ship every order with USPS mail which comes with a tracking/delivery confirmation #. All orders are guaranteed to show up as delivered by USPS. If the order shows on the tracking that it was not delivered then we will gladly reship it to you. Please keep in mind, we do not reship orders that show up as delivered on the tracking. We also do not reship orders if we were given the wrong shipping information. We are not responsible for the package if you have given us the wrong shipping information. Orders that come back to us for having an invalid address can either be reshipped (with a reshipping fee) or we can give you a store credit for the amount spent on the items (minus shipping).

CORRECT ITEM AND SIZE GUARANTEE

Each item you purchase from King’s Body Jewelry is hand measured and inspected by 2 separate people before shipment. If you have any issue with a product, please email us on our “Contact Us” page and we will get back to you as soon as we can. All items on our website are guaranteed to be the correct style and size (within 1mm) of what you have ordered. Note, wearable areas (space between the flares) are an approximate measurement and are not under the 1mm guarantee since they can vary slightly.

1MM GUARANTEE ON ALL HAND MADE ITEMS

Due to being hand made, all stones, organics, and glass will vary in size, color, and shape. We hand match each piece before shipment in order to deliver the best match possible to you. All hand made items are guaranteed to be within +/- 1mm of the stated size.

DEFECTIVE/BROKEN ITEMS

If you received an item that was damaged in shipment, please email us and let us know. All of our items are guaranteed to arrive undamaged. We ship all of our items out in sealed clear bags so you can inspect the item before opening the sealed bags. Once the sealed bags have been opened, they cannot be claimed as “damaged”. Many of the items we sell on our website are fragile and can be broken if dropped or not handled correctly. Once they have been removed from the sealed bags, they are void of being claimed as damaged.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING DECLINED WHEN I USE MY CREDIT CARD?

If an order is declined, it generally is from either an error in your credit card info, billing address, or the funds aren’t in your account. Also, some banks have limits on the amount you can spend in one day or on one purchase (some banks will decline any transaction over $100). It all just depends on what bank you use so if you think your bank is limiting your card then just call the # on the back of your card for help. If you have tried several times, just try again the next day and as long as your funds are in your account then your order should clear fine. If you are not sure if you order was processed then please send us an email and we will be glad to check it out.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PURCHASE ITEMS?

No. You can check out as a guest, but registered members will receive the option of free shipping, the use of discount codes, and the ability to subscribe to our newsletter that sends you promotions that we offer throughout the year. You can also store information such as your address and credit card details (only if desired) so that you don’t have to manually enter your details at the checkout. Your registered account will let you view all previous orders and print out invoices as well.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns on any UNOPENED bags for a store credit. We need to be notified of your return within 3 days after the order is delivered. If you would like to return an item, please send us an email on our contact us page and we will let you know the information on how to return an item. All opened bags are void of return. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened bags. You must notify us of any damage prior to opening the sealed bags. We are not responsible for your items once the sealed bags are opened.

ITEMS IN STOCK

We keep all of our items in stock and don’t list items that we don’t have or that need to be backordered. If an item sells that is out of stock, then we refund the item back to you.

PRIVACY

At King’s Body Jewelry we keep all of your details such as email addresses, credit card information, phone numbers, and personal records at the utmost privacy. We don’t give any of our buyer’s information to third parties, so you can be assured your information won’t leave our business. Our website is secured and tested daily for problems, so any information you submit is safe.

CURRENCY

We are located in the United States so all of the prices on our website are in US currency. If you are ordering from a country outside of the United States then your bank will automatically do a currency conversion to US dollars when an order is placed.

INJURY DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for any injury that occurs by using our products. Please contact a licensed professional piercer if you have questions on how to use our products. All items on our website are to be used only by licensed professional piercers.
